Players should still prioritise Agility training and not let the multi-skilling affect experience rates, as otherwise the extra experience in other skills would come at the cost of lower Agility experience. Some players choose to also train Magic or Fletching between obstacles, usually by casting High Level Alchemy or Magic Imbue, or making darts or bolts of some sort. As players are able to move to the next obstacle immediately after the experience drop, it is very useful to have "Show experience drops" turned on for a visual cue. Players who are failing the obstacles frequently and players with low Hitpoints should also bring some food to restore health. Keeping weight at 0 or below is helpful, but not always needed. Players should always run and use stamina potions if necessary in order to maximise experience rates. Higher Agility level increases one's ability to regenerate run energy and grants access to various shortcuts.
